Stone Setting - The Bezel Revisited
Bored with that plain nondescript band encircling your stones? Do your bezels need a face lift? Are you ready to move on to a new level? This workshop will focus on the design and fabrication of two modified bezel settings: one for round or oval cabochons and one for angular faceted stones. Topics covered include: construction techniques; fabrication tips and tricks; appropriate tools and how to prepare and use them; alternative setting methods, and creative design modification. Competent soldering and fabrication skills required.
