Tim Lazure will present a Tucson Visiting Artist Lecture in conjunction to his Arizona Designer Craftsmen weekend workshop "Rings 360 Degrees" at Pima Community College West Campus.He will be showing his most recent works on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Tucson Parks & Recreation Randolph Center Bldg.#2 Performing Arts Building Photo Lecture room at 200 S. Alvernon Way, Tucson, AZ. This lecture is FREE and open to the public.
BIO: Tim Lazure is an Associate Professor in the Metals Design program at East Carolina University (NC). He received his BFA at Rochester Institute of technology and his MFA at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. Tim shows his jewelry and furniture in both national and international exhibits. His work is in the prestigious collections of The Mint Museum (NC) and the Gregg Museum of Art and Design (NC). His work has been published in 1,000 Rings, 500 Broaches, The Art of Enameling and The Craft of Silversmithing ( all Lark Books).
